Rebecca Evans, cello
Rebecca studied with Eleonore Schoenfeld at USC and received her Masters in cello performance from Ohio State. She continues regular teacher training at summer institutes and has written for the American Suzuki Journal. She is currently principal cellist of the Bellevue Philharmonic and regularly performs with the Tacoma Symphony and the Fifth Ave. Theatre. She also spent nine years with the Florida Symphony in Orlando. She has been teaching both adults and children at Music Center for 12 years.
