Janice Hildman Gockel, Director Emeritus, violin & viola
Janice has been teaching and conducting for more than 30 years. She studied eight summers at the Music Academy of the West in Santa Barbara, including private lessons with Sally Peck and William Primrose, chamber music with Gabor Rejto, and orchestra and opera under Maurice Abravanel. She especially enjoys playing chamber music and ethnic dance music.
